PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

Even though I have been behind the camera and in the editing suits for a large part of my career I also have significant experience in project managing vendors and other production teams.

For this project, I managed contracts, production schedules, scripts, and talent from conception to editing and posting resulting in 24 videos on various topics on scientific research and yoga. This was the first large-scale multi-video project that Yoga Alliance ever attempted.
